Nine sea-facing treatment rooms, a thermal circuit carved into the cliffside and therapists who work at the pace of the tide. Nothing is rushed, and every ritual begins with a conversation about how you actually feel.

Four elements, one slow ritual
Every treatment is built from the same island ingredients, chosen for what they quietly do to a tired body.

Salt
Hand-harvested from the salt pans below the cliff, warmed and worked in to soften skin and loosen tight shoulders.

Stone
Smooth basalt from the north shore, heated slowly and placed along the spine to carry warmth into deep muscle.

Olive
Cold-pressed from our own groves and infused with thyme and mastiha for long, grounding massage strokes.

Sea
Mineral-rich seawater fills the thermal pool, tuned to body temperature so you simply float and let go.

Reserve at least 24 hours ahead in summer. Hotel guests enjoy priority and can book on arrival.
